My total cell suspension volume is 6mL.. I take 10uL and dilute it in 90uL PBS (making it 10x diluted). Then I take 10uL of the diluted sample and mix with 10uL of Tryphan blue(2x diluted, so final dilution factor is 20) Am I right?
